| Description: | Heights Finance Corporation is a leading consumer finance organization located in the Midwest with over 100 branches in six states. We currently seek a self-motivated individual to join our team in the position of Collection Services Representative in our East Peoria, IL P & L location.

The Collection Services Representative provides business office clerical assistance to the Collection P & L Recovery Branch while adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
Some of the responsibilities include:
-Answering and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate person
-Receive and process all collection mail
-Post collection payments and create daily deposit tickets
-Update case information and document account activity
-Maintain documentation for loan files
-Process monthly branch expenses and invoices
-Order and maintain supplies for the branch
Requirements
Candidate must possess strong verbal communication skills, proficient with Microsoft applications, ability to multi-task, and ability to calculate figures and amounts regarding discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
Candidate must possess valid drivers license as travel may be neccessary within the local region.
Education/Experience High School diploma and at least six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Chosen candidate will be required to successfully complete drug, background and credit screenings.
